This website and event is owned and operated by BRANDWORX , 3-1750 THE QUEENSWAY, UNIT 203, TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA M9C 5H5.

All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges.

​

All prices are in Canadian funds. 

​

Full payment is required at time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

​

Tickets will only be released to the purchaser for download once the ticket order is paid in full.

​

Purchaser name will be added to a guest list for admittance at door in lieu of presentation of paid ticket.

​

Tickets are transferrable, please contact info@angies-jam-n-bread.com to transfer ownership of ticket.  Transfer will be confirmed by return emaii.

Any purchases made at the event are non-refundable.

​

Ticket grants access to the event space and provides  beverage tickets and a buffet in addition to a live music show.

​

Donations are non-refundable.   Contact info@angies-jam-n-bread.com if a donation receipt is required.

​

Donation receipts will be issued from Food Banks Canada.  

​

¨Purchaser may contact info@angies-jam-n-bread.com to request detailed statement on proceeds of the event.

Purchaser's information shall not be shared with a third party without the written consent of purchaser.

The logos and trademarks are the Intellectual Property of BRANDWORX.  Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, users agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada with immediate effect.
