WELCOME TO
ANGIES JAM-N-BREAD 2025
Guests joined us on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, to raise money and awareness while enjoying an evening of live music and fashion at the 3rd Annual Angie’s Jam-N-Bread Fundraiser in the heart of trendy Leslieville at the uber-trendy Flying Squirrel Motorcycle Café — one of Toronto’s coolest event spaces.
Guests were treated to an intimate rock concert featuring some of Canada’s top musicians, along with complimentary food, fashion, and powerful rock-inspired art. Talented musicians took the stage to jam with Canadian rock legends against a backdrop of rock-inspired fashion design and art.
They danced, sang, and celebrated together for a great cause in support of Food Banks Canada!

MEET THE BAND
The band members are some of Canada's best musicians. Known for playing with Glass Tiger, The Spoons, Tom Cochrane, Honeymoon Suite, Sass Jordan and many more enjoy stadium quality muscicians led by Juno nominee Tom Barlow in an intimate environment!
Joined by a roster of high calibre "jammers" expect an action packed, high voltage show under the rock-n-roll lights and sound of Les Weller.
Our musician friends are some of the best in Canada, from time to time they are called out on tour, however, we are blessed with a community of top musicians ready to pick up the cause.

HISTORY & BACKGROUND
Research shows there were a total of 1,935,911 visits to food banks across Canada as of March 2023. Today despite best efforts nearly 30% of Canadians are dependent on external support to feed themselves and their families.
Angela Jones, (affectionately known as Angie), in her roll as National Food Sharing Co-ordinator cared greatly for her community and loved her job at FoodBanks Canada.
Angie passed away suddenly in 2021, leaving a gap in her work at Food Banks Canada and her community. So much so that in 2023 FoodBanks Canada established the Angela Jones Memorial Award to acknowledge her leadership in logistics during her time at FoodBanks Canada, see link below:
https://foodbankscanada.ca/announcing-the-2023-food-bank-award-winners/
To continue her good works Karen Beach (her sister and hostess) has made a commitment to combine her love for music and fashion design with her love for her sister by creating this event, Angie's Jam-N-Bread, Rock n roll fashion and art event to raise money for FoodBanks Canada.

Angie’s Jam-N-Bread attracted the attention of business, industry, and community leaders, as well as media, top Canadian musicians, producers, designers, and artists across all industries! It was very exciting!
We invited you to help us bring this event to life by participating in a "high spec" live music jam, rock fashion launch, and rock art event in the heart of Leslieville. As an attendee, donor, or sponsor, your contribution directly benefited Food Banks Canada.
Many had been challenged during those years, so you joined us in an opportunity to raise a glass, celebrate life, and celebrate what love could do!
We thank you all for helping us to keep the cause, looking forward to 2026!
